- PHRM takes care to package products for transit. Items can be returned if the PRODUCT is damaged or defective upon receipt however, returns for minimal damage to packaging will not be honored
- For hygiene reasons, we do not allow returns of makeup or makeup products for incorrect shade purchase or change of mind. We do offer pre purchase colour consultations in clinic which can be booked via the booking link
- For returned items, refunds will be issued as store credit only.
Original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount
